With a motto of safe and healthy food, this course lets you enjoy luxurious, select ingredients such as seasonal organic vegetables and seasonal seafood harvested in locations throughout Wakayama Prefecture. It has great reviews from visitors travelling from other prefectures as well as those concerned with healthy eating.

- We serve the dishes over an extended period of time so that you can relax and enjoy your meal.
- We are happy to prepare a menu that meets your budget and requests. Feel free to speak about it with us.
Cancellations on the day of your reservation:
Because we acquire the ingredients for the dishes of your course on the preceding day or the morning of your reservation, we may charge a cancellation fee if you cancel or change the number of guests upon arrival.
When changing the number of guests upon arrival for the [Kishu Ingredient Course]
Please choose to either have us serve the food for the total number of guests on the original reservation and pay the full price or pay half the price of the course for the cancelled guests separately (the food for the cancelled number of guests will not be served).
When changing the number of guests on the day of the reservation for the [Kishu Ingredient Course]
You must notify us of any changes by the morning of the day of your reservation. However, depending on the circumstances, we may charge a cancellation fee if we received a special order or asked to use a particular ingredient, or if supplying ingredients was deemed difficult due to weather or some other factor. Please confirm when you contact us.
