Using Wakayama "Kumano pork" and new
"trustworthy cooking methods",we have realized a fresh
and juicy tonkatsu that tastes like it was cooked rare.

A "rare-looking tonkatsu" that whets the appetite with its fresh reddish meat. A modern cooking method that makes the pork taste even more delicious that was jointly developed by the restaurant owner and a university using marbled pork and Kumano pork that were developed by Wakayama Prefecture by working in cooperation with universities and corporations.We have perfected a juicy tonkatsu that is tender as though it were cooked rare. Please enjoy a tonkatsu using abundant Wakayama ingredients and that can be tasted nowhere else.
